Refund policy

Every Snowman Golf product is made to order. Please review product details, colors, and size guides before placing your order.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. If the problem is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Do not mail a product back without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted or recoverable.

Because products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, or selecting the wrong color, except where required by law. We may offer a courtesy solution at our discretion, but it is not guaranteed.

If a package is returned because the customer supplied an incomplete or incorrect address, or because the package was unclaimed, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer's location.
